Band tests will be coming shortly because we get our report cards near the beginning of March. Our band teacher has finally gotten better after being sick for almost a month! Other than that really, I have improved quite a bit on my flute playing since we had first started. I think I will do way better on my band testing this time, and to have this turn into a reality, I need to keep on practicing!

Over the past little while, our class has been learning about Chemistry! It's more fun than you might think! One of our teachers Ms.Fei had demonstrated an experiment in class. We learned all about questioning and what had caused the reaction. The experiment we had tried was using an orange peel to make a flame react. Anyways, tomorrow we will be having a short quiz on the Particle model of matter. (:

Today we got the oppurtunity to choose our grade 8 courses! We got the 3 options and we had to pick 2 of them.
-Drama/Art
-Band
-Lifeskills
I chose drama and life skills. I like band a lot, but where I hope my futures headed, playing the flute isn't involved. Anyways, it was great to hear all about how high school will be and I'm really excited! However, I know I'm going to miss elementary.
